Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned HR Systems Product Management Manager with strong experience driving enterprise-scale transformation across HR Platforms, ideally within Workday & ServiceNow. This individual should have proven expertise in enhancing stakeholder & end-user experiences through enterprise collaboration and data-driven strategies. In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of product management contributors
- Engage stakeholders and partners associated with the function
- Identify and recommend opportunities for product management for a complex product or service
- Ensure programs adhere to compliance and privacy regulations and policies
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding overall business strategy to meet business objectives
- Create business plans, develop business requirements, direct product design and implementation
- Interpret & develop product enhancements and performance measurements
- Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts, and multiple level managers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of HR Systems experience (e.g., ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Workday, or similar) preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations
- 2+ years of people management experience highly desired
- Deep understanding of HR functional areas (i.e. Core HR, Payroll, Employee Relations, Benefits, etc.)
- Experience leading Agile Product teams
- Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes
- Experience leading complex HR Systems transformation initiatives in a complex environment with business partners and technology resources ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Experience building relationships at senior levels and ability to drive decision making through a consensus building approach
- Experience influencing and managing cross-functional work streams to execute with quality and on-time
- Experience interpreting business and technical needs and experience integrating systems
Job Expectations:
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule at one of the posted locations
