You will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and driving execution of enterprise or major domain technology strategy in alignment with business priorities and enterprise objectives.

This role partners closely with CIO/CTO leadership and senior technology leaders to translate business outcomes into actionable technology strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives. Operating with significant autonomy and influence, the role ensures clarity, alignment, and transparent progress of strategic efforts while relying on engineering, architecture, and delivery teams for execution. It also provides strategic direction, governance, and operational oversight for Production Services across infrastructure and application platforms, with a strong emphasis on Production Governance & Control, Infrastructure Operations, and the Production Support Model.

Key responsibilities include owning the production governance framework, establishing accountability and risk‑management practices, defining a multi‑year operational strategy, translating strategy into actionable priorities, ensuring regulatory alignment, maintaining consistent standards, and clarifying roles to mitigate risk.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a highly specialized Technology Business Services team and managers with focus on delivering moderate to high complexity service for cross functional stakeholders and internal partners associated with the functional area or who are affected by its outcomes
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development by utilizing research and data in addition to in depth understanding of organizational goals, priorities, and technology while developing executable strategies and plans
  • Lead Technology Business Services team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues to meet high risk deliverables
  • Interpret and develop range of policies and procedures for technology business functions with moderate to high level of complexity and risk
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals including technology industry leaders, financial industry leaders, analysts, and regulators, as well as interact directly with more experienced leadership and executive management
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Business Services
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience

  • Experience partnering with senior technology leadership (CIO/CTO organizations)
  • Proven experience developing and driving technology or enterprise strategies

    Pay Range

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

    $185,000.00 - $300,000.00
