Wells Fargo is back in the office collaborating for fabulous outcomes!

This role is a hybrid position in the office three days a week.

There is no visa sponsorships or visa transfers for the role.

About this role:

This role is ideal for someone who operates confidently in executive forums, brings consulting‑level polish, and can distill complex data, risk, governance, and ecosystem initiatives into a concise, enterprise‑level story. You’d be the strategic integrator pulling together work across data governance, data environment simplification, and analytic enablement — and translating it into clear, actionable messaging for decision‑makers.

We are seeking a Senior Lead Data Management Analyst within the Chief Data Office (CDO) reporting to the head of Enterprise Data Strategy and Execution. The position plays a central role in shaping, coordinating, and delivering Enterprise Data Strategy updates to the Operating Committee (OC), ensuring senior leaders have clear, timely, and actionable insight into progress, risks, dependencies, and areas requiring executive engagement.

This role acts as a strategic integrator across the CDO and lines of business, connecting workstreams aligned to the Enterprise Data Strategy—including comprehensive data governance, a simplified data environment, and enhanced analytic capabilities—into a coherent executive narrative. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of independence, exercising strong judgment to distill complex inputs into focused messaging and executive-ready materials. This role also designs and executes the operating model, playbooks, and controls that enable consistent, high-quality monthly OC engagement.

In this role, you will:

Drive the end-to-end process for Enterprise Data Strategy updates to the Operating Committee, including annual planning, monthly preparation cycles, pre-briefs, and post-meeting follow-ups and communications.

Serve as the primary coordinator and point of integration across the CDO and lines of business to assemble accurate, aligned, and decision-oriented OC messaging.

Manage relationships with senior executives and their teams, ensuring effective engagement, clear expectations, and timely delivery of inputs.

Synthesize complex initiative updates into concise executive narratives that highlight progress, strategic alignment, risks, interdependencies, and targeted asks of the OC.

Develop executive-level presentations that are visually intuitive, tightly written, and designed to drive productive OC discussion.

Maintain and execute a playbook for the monthly OC update process, including roles, timelines, quality controls, escalation paths, and governance checkpoints.

Translate data, metrics, and qualitative updates into Operating Committee–level insights, elevating themes and implications rather than reporting raw activity.

Incorporate and track executive stakeholder feedback, ensuring responses are timely, documented, and reflected in future materials and processes.

Drive automation and efficiency in executive engagement routines and reporting.

Enable effective executive conversations by crafting clear communications, agendas, and pre-reads that clarify context, objectives, and required outcomes.

Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Enterprise Data Strategy and Execution on executive engagement, messaging effectiveness, and continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

7+ years of experience supporting enterprise strategy, execution, or transformation initiatives in a large, complex organization.

Advanced PowerPoint expertise, including the ability to create intuitive, visually clean, and decision-oriented executive presentations.

Hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI to accelerate presentations, messaging, narratives, strategies and propose risk-reducing controls.

Demonstrated experience engaging senior executives and their direct reports, including preparing materials for Operating Committee or equivalent leadership forums.

Strong understanding of enterprise data management and data strategy concepts, including governance, simplification of data environments, and analytics enablement.

Proven ability to think strategically and independently, connecting disparate initiatives into a clear enterprise-level narrative.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing concise, executive-ready messaging.

Experience designing and running repeatable executive operating routines, including playbooks, calendars, and process controls.

Strong analytical capability, with comfort reviewing data and operational inputs to extract themes and implications for senior leadership.

High comfort operating in ambiguity, managing tight timelines, and responding quickly to executive feedback.
