Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to play a critical role as our Sanctions Business Analyst in Payments Services Operations. In this role, you will
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
- Write clear features and supporting documentation to enable the development team to decompose work into user stories, define acceptance criteria, and understand business context
- Develop and maintain Jira stories to document business and functional requirements
- Partner closely with Dev Team members to clarify feature requirements and support translation into user stories
- Assist with relationship management and execution of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
- Act as a representative for business and customer needs within the team under guidance from senior roles
- Ensure assigned deliverables align to defined capability, product, or value stream outcomes
- Assist in ensuring solutions meet efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness expectations for assigned work
- Identify and communicate opportunities to leverage existing capabilities across value streams
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience documenting business requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives within complex IT environments involving multiple applications and systems of record
- Exposure to gap analysis, data and reporting strategies, and dependency tracking
- Stakeholder communication skills
- 3+ years of payments, wires, or operations experience
- Familiarity with HV RTGS systems (Fedwire, CHIPS), SWIFT network, and ISO 20022 messaging standards
- Experience supporting sanctions or compliance‑related applications such as Actimize
- 3+ years of Agile experience, ideally working closely with Product Owners or Product Managers
- Knowledge and understanding of agile and product delivery metrics
- Working knowledge of Jira, including backlog management and board hygiene
- Knowledge and understanding of operational processes and operational risk concepts
- General knowledge of technology change management and SDLC processes
- Exposure to release management activities such as deployment coordination or go live support
- Experience supporting backlog management and stakeholder prioritization discussions
- Experience contributing to business or product capability documentation
- Experience in project support, change management, or process improvement initiatives
- Ability to analyze and summarize complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Ability to collaborate effectively with partners and communicate with senior stakeholders under guidance

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$87,000.00 - $154,000.00Benefits
