Wells Fargo Digital Data and AI organization with Consumer banking and Lending is seeking a Product Analyst/Product Owner to join the Digital Platforms and Experiences – Mobile App Product Team. You will partner with business, design, technology, risk, and compliance teams to deliver high quality, customer centered Mobile experiences.
This role requires a self-directed, senior-level product analyst/product owner and leader who can independently drive outcomes, bring structure to complexity, and elevate delivery discipline across teams.

In this role, you will:
Serve as Mobile lead product analyst by partnering with technology and business stakeholders across different LOBs to translate requirement needs into clear, well-structured Features and Stories for new and existing Mobile App experiences to support multiple scrums.
Own Mobile Jira data quality, delivery hygiene, and governance, ensuring accurate Feature, and Story data
Provide ongoing requirements support by maintaining the Mobile Inventory and serving as a general Mobile App SME.
Leverage AI-powered tools and data-driven workflows to improve product discovery, prioritization, and delivery—driving greater efficiency, speed, and accuracy across planning, execution, and decision-making.
Lead customer-centric product discussions with a strong focus on mobile and digital engagement
Defining requirements, guiding teams to deliver project goals, and defining the ongoing roadmap.
Drives the requirements and vision for the customer/product/capability experience in conjunction with other scrum resources
Oversees Product Definition activities including scrum team backlog and artifacts for scrum-originated work
Grooms & prioritizes the scrum team backlog
Determines acceptance criteria for final UAT code; validates Mobile experiences on device
Pressure tests iteration plans & scope
Reviews iteration WIP, demos the product to core stakeholders, and accepts from customer, functional & non-functional aspects
Ensures implementations meet all Legal, Risk and Compliance requirements
Monitors and measures progress on User Story delivery
Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
Lead projects, scrum teams or serve as a peer mentor and Product Owner/Product Analyst dual role/back up to other POs
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of digital product analysis and requirements management experience
Experience supporting Mobile App (Ios and Android) capabilities and experiences
Background in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Jira, including Epic/Feature/Story5+ years of Agile experience
Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence, or Jira
Experience with writing prompts with AI tools; StoryWeaver and Co-pilot and other tools as they become available
Familiarity with production support and incident triage, including use of data and log analysis tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated commitment to delivery discipline and data quality.
Proven ability to lead requirements development and influence outcomes across a highly matrixed organization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
Previous digital product management experience in financial services
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00Benefits
