About this role:

The Solutions Engineering team in the Workplace Technology Experience organization at Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive, scalable, and high‑quality user experiences across a growing portfolio of enterprise productivity solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and operations leaders to translate complex workflows into elegant, human‑centered designs that serve employees, technology producers, and developers across the firm.

The Solutions Engineering team builds home‑grown products and platforms that power the workplace. These range from end‑user productivity and self‑service solutions, to tools that enable effective product and service management, to shared platforms and frameworks that help Workplace Technology teams design, build, test, and release solutions faster and more consistently.

This is a highly impactful role, with a strong emphasis on establishing and evolving design systems, reusable patterns, and UX standards that elevate the quality, consistency, and scalability of everything the team delivers.


In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute customer experience solutions for web, desktop, and mobile applications
  • Manage the design, creation, and production of customers experience elements from product concept through completion, including product updates and revisions
  • Develop and execute customer experience solutions by employing a broad array of user centered design tools including: customer experience brief, site strategy, wireframes or visual mockups, site layouts, site maps, taxonomies navigation schematics, task flows, design briefs, key screens, templates, prototypes
  • Review and analyze high profile or complex projects and may lead projects or teams of user centered design specialists
  • Develop new research and tests theories that lead to alternative, leading edge design solutions
  • Analyze relevant internal and external sites and consult standards and guidelines as well as policies to determine best practices
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide risk deliverables
  • Design, develop, test, and refine prototypes
  • Resolve moderately complex issues
  • Lead team to meet key milestone deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of business, user, and technical requirements
  • Create and monitor schedules to ensure timely effective program execution
  • Develop and oversee planning and execution of projects, production schedules, and quality assurance
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design, driving end-to-end design for complex digital products

  • Strong expertise in user-centered design practices, including user research, journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data, Gen AI, AI/ML, or technical workflows into intuitive, human-centered experiences

  • Hands-on proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent

  • Experience establishing and evolving design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards across multiple products and teams

  • Ability to partner effectively with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to influence product strategy and execution

  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present design rationale, trade-offs, and insights to leadership

  • Experience mentoring designers, conducting design reviews, and raising the overall design maturity of teams

  • Familiarity with Agile / Lean product development methodologies and working within fast-paced, iterative delivery environments

  • Knowledge of designing for data-heavy applications, dashboards, and analytics experiences is preferred

  • Exposure to AI-driven user experiences (e.g., recommendations, copilots, automation, decision support) is a plus


Job Expectations:

  • Must be able to work on a hybrid work, with required in‑office days based on team and business needs

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$100,000.00 - $196,000.00
