About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Analyst
In this role, you will:Act as Lead Consultant to finance, accounting and Business Line management on matters related to corporate treasury and related financial management
Monitor and evaluate global market conditions, funding requirements, asset and liability management, liquidity risk management, capital management, financial performance management, capital, and related activities
Provide overall advisory on treasury finance and risk strategies
Ensure data quality and establish controlled processes
Lead targeted projects including guiding other teammates
Collaborate with Internal Audit, Corporate Risk Management and Model Governance teams as well as outside parties including regulatory agencies and accounting and consulting firms
Make recommendations to more experienced group members and management
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:5+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of financial institution balance sheet fundamentals, product offerings, and balance sheet management practices
• Experience supporting one or more balance sheet products (e.g., capital, liquidity, funding, interest rate risk)
• 5+ years of experience using SQL for data transformation, analytics, and large relational databases
• Experience designing technical or data solutions to address complex business problems
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and influence outcomes in a highly matrixed environment
• Experience with data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Dremio, Python, S3 data storage, SAS)
• Undergraduate degree in information systems, computer science, finance, or a related field

Wells Fargo’s Corporate Treasury Transformation Office is seeking a highly motivated Lead Treasury Analyst to serve as a Product Owner for Treasury data and analytics solutions that support critical balance sheet and risk management activities.
The Treasury Transformation Office partners closely with Treasury business functions to deliver data driven insights, analytical capabilities, and optimized workflows that enable effective decision making across capital, liquidity, funding, and interest rate risk management.
This role combines strong Treasury domain expertise, product ownership, and technical acumen to design, deliver, and continuously improve data and reporting solutions. The Lead Treasury Analyst will operate independently within defined product areas, collaborate across business and technology teams, and ensure solutions are well governed, scalable, and aligned with Treasury priorities.
Treasury at Wells Fargo is responsible for managing the firm’s balance sheet, including capital adequacy, liquidity, funding, and interest rate risk. Treasury provides senior leadership, regulators, and the Board of Directors with critical information to support risk management, financial performance, and strategic planning.
