About the Team/Role
We are seeking a Software Delivery Engineer to support our Product Operating Model (POM) methodology and ensure high-quality product releases that align with business objectives and customer needs. This role is critical to integrating delivery and testing best practices into our cross-functional product teams.
How you'll make an impact
Develop, implement, and maintain delivery and test processes aligned with the Product Operating Model methodology including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define clear quality criteria for product releases.
Establish and maintain test automation frameworks to enhance regression and continuous integration testing.
Ensure end-to-end testing coverage across various platforms, including exploratory, integration, accessibility, and user acceptance testing.
Work closely with DevOps teams to align delivery processes with CI/CD pipelines.
Implement RESTful APIs and microservice testing to support the application
Monitor and improve test execution efficiency and defect tracking through JIRA and GitHub integrations.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing test results, identifying gaps, and recommending process enhancements.
Provide insights on risk mitigation strategies and quality gates for product development lifecycles.
Communicate effectively within team scrum ceremonies, ability to document delivery best practices.
