About the Team
The Data Operations (Accounts) was established in June 2020 in Poland to bring more quality and governance to our internal database. We have already established our position as a go-to team whenever there is a major data issue requiring a fix to be implemented, or new data related project/task that needs to be handled in a structured manner that will guarantee high quality and consistency in future. We focus on delivering services to our collaborators in a timely manner maintaining high quality of data. Data Ops (Accounts) is an energetic team full of committed individuals who like to have fun and live by Workday core-values every day.About the Role

We have an outstanding opportunity within the Data Operations (Accounts) team for a person with vision, passion for excellence, and a track record of success. This is a hybrid role that focuses on internal customer service, project work and technical expertise! This role will assist in the Team's day to day activities related to data analysis, quality and servicing our internal customers as well as project work.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research to collect and verify company demographic data, including employee count, legal entity name, industry classification, and business address.
Support the sales team by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate account records.
Participate in data quality initiatives and projects aimed at improving the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of account information.
About You
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team with a passion for storytelling with Data. The ideal candidate brings a fresh demeanour and willingness to grow, focusing on delivering the highest quality results relating to data quality, as well as a technical skills which will prove useful within projects assigned. You will have good interpersonal skills and be used to working with Salesforce and Excel.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales Operations, Computer Science, Business Management and related fields.
2+ years of experience in Data Operations, Data Management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Experience with servicing internal customers
Ability to craft, develop, and deploy functional business process, data conversion and reporting solutions
Other Qualifications
Experience working on large data sets and providing reporting solutions in Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and balance multiple priorities
Ability to adjust on the fly to new demands and excellent prioritization
Demonstrable experience with Data Quality initiatives (data accuracy, completeness, data integrity, data stewardship or data governance)
Out of the box problem solver who provides creative solutions to sophisticated business problems.
