About the Role
Job responsibilities / areas of focus:
Assist with the sale of new products from an accounts receivable perspective
Represent Accounts Receivable on projects related to merger and acquisitions
Represent Accounts Receivable to set up New Workday entities
Project management including development of project plan, setting goals and time frames
Advisory role for documents and transactions in Swedish
Drive process and system improvement, build efficiencies, and innovate
Encourages ideas, proactively partners with the WoW, BT, and Product team to design innovative solutions
Able to articulate and quantify results of innovations
Actively involved in the financial close process-with an emphasis on cross-team coordination, SOX controls, and AR Aging reports
Assist with audits, including preparing responses and compiling supporting documents for the auditors and attending process walkthrough meetings
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance
Skills required:
Advanced ability to deliver and drive results through project management, prioritization, and time management
Advanced knowledge of financial, project management, CRM systems, experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred
General knowledge of finance operations and of general accounting principles
Excellent, versatile and clear communication skills - able to influence the business and create cross functional connections, comfortable interacting with diverse population of workmates at various job levels, and deep connections with workmates both inside and outside of their organization
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of financial operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant field preferred
- Fluent in Swedish
Other Qualifications
- Experience with an accounts receivable role preferred
- General knowledge of sales tax and international
- Experience with merger and acquisitions preferred
- Familiarity with customer contracts
