About the team and role
The role of the Business Analyst is to prioritise, verify and communicate the requirements of work requests including incidents, bugs and tech improvements that come through to Manage Sales to improve the customer experience or security standards/compliance of the product. You will work with engineerings pods, product managers, our customer experience team and other internal teams/external teams to ensure that these work requests are appropriately triaged, scoped and prioritised.
Please note this is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity.

What you'll do

  • Research and analyse how potential solutions and improvements should be delivered
  • Document findings into specifications, user stories, etc. that will be used as the foundation of the development and testing phases
  • Be able to prioritise feature requests, security/compliance improvements and bug fixes in partnership with relevant PMs and engineering leads into an achievable roadmap
  • Responsible for observing & improving the CX triaging/Work Request process including measuring its effectiveness and prioritising potential improvementsInvolvement in the incident management process including assisting in clarifying customer impact
  • Maintain a high level of communication to all interested parties on progress, scope, roadblocks to delivering work requests
  • Be able to manage concurrent pieces of work and prioritise the effort on each and other dependencies.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst is highly desirable, but we're more interested in your ability to be proactive and eagerness to learn in the role
  • Experience improving processes or products
  • Experience working with engineering and product teams
  • Understanding of development lifecycle and ability to priorities incidents and bugs as they come through
  • Bonus - knowledge of invoice product
