About the Role:
- We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Product Delivery organization.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, operation support, and documentation.
- This role requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to deliver high-quality code in a fast-paced environment.
- The position is remote, with the option to work within the company's default region of Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Responsibilities:
- Code, deploy, test, and troubleshoot java-based services and front-end Angular applications
- Mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define constraints and develop requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert for customer and internal discussions
- Decompose requirements into project activities and tasks
- Perform technical design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting
- Identify areas for improvement and streamlining
- Mitigate technical risks and recommend best practices
- Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
- Assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science OR equivalent work experience
- 7 years of experience in software development, coding, software architecture/design, and user requirements definition
Pay range- $95-102/hr
