We are seeking two excellent Mechanical Engineers to join our dynamic R&D team based in Shenzhen. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in design, development, and improvement of our mechanical systems and products, lead to manufacturing issues debug and DoE.

What you’ll be doing:

Design and Development

  • Design new mechanical components, products, and systems using PTC Creo software to create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for the development of products.

  • Develop prototypes of mechanical designs and conduct tests to evaluate performance, making improvements based on the test results.

Problem - Solving and Analysis

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in products. This could involve diagnosing problems in production line and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.

  • Analyze processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Project Management

  • Manage projects from conception to completion, including setting timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross - functional teams such as electrical engineers, production teams, and quality control to ensure project success.

  • Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to management and project team.

What we need to see:

  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. A master’s degree is a plus.

  • 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Experience in IT product design is highly desirable.

  • Proficient in PTC Creo software with the ability to create and modify complex 3D models and 2D drawings.

  • In - depth understanding of mechanical principles, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science.

  • Experience with mechanical manufacturing processes, such as machining, casting, and welding.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues from different disciplines. Willingness to share knowledge and support team members.

  • Strong analytical and problem - solving skills. Capable of approaching complex mechanical problems with a systematic and innovative mindset.

  • Fluent oral English, mandarin is plus
