What you'll be doing:
- Define and implement a comprehensive traceability methodology for all NPI products, covering all production stages, from raw materials to final assembly and testing.
- Ensure a consistent and structured traceability process that enables real-time access to product data for quality assurance, failure analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the development and deployment of information systems and automation tools to support and streamline the traceability process, including capabilities for predictive quality.
- Collaborate with global manufacturing sites, contract manufacturers (CMs), and internal teams to align traceability practices and maintain process consistency.
- Drive traceability excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-mix production environment.
What we need to see:
- 5+ years of experience in traceability systems, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, or NPI roles within high-volume electronics or hardware manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree (and above) in Industrial Engineering, Process, Materials, or Quality Engineering (or related technical field).
- Proven experience in defining and implementing traceability methodologies across multi-stage production processes. Strong understanding of manufacturing flows, including SMT, AOI, lot control, and operator/machine data tracking.
- Experience with systems and tools such as MES, traceability platforms, or shop floor systems; a strong advantage if combined with data analysis, automation tools, or predictive quality initiatives.
- Hands-on experience working with global contract manufacturers (CMs) and suppliers.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Fluency in English is essential for working in a global environment.
