Principal High Speed E2E Validation Engineer

NVIDIA Networking IC Product Engineering team is looking for a principal High speed E2E technical leader , to take part of Networking system validation and characterization efforts of different platforms and products. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Engineer with a focus on High speed Interconnect Validation to join our Engineering team in Yokneam, Israel. As part of this role, you will play a crucial role in establishing high speed E2E validation team to ensure the required quality for NVIDIA advanced products. You will collaborate closely with PHY design, system architecture and company wide system, validation, reliability, signal integrity and testing owners to devise and implement effective validation strategies, aligning with our high-quality standards.
What you’ll be doing:
Responsibility on the End-to-End link level performance characterization, verification and debugging in lab environment.
Debugging of link issues of NVIDIA systems, while diving into the product HW design, electrical specification, schematic design and SW/FW operation.
Maintain products’ quality by improving test stability, coverage, design, and manufacturing process. Develop/Enhance Tools, Application or processes to improve the Quality and Test efficiency, with the objective of driving product to mass production with first in class performance.
Working in front of various teams, with the responsibility of addressing issues and monitoring the test flows conducted by them.
Leading data-driven discussions about the product functionality and areas for improvement.
Work in a Continuous evolving testing environment – fast development/deployment cycles
Execution of test plans (manual and automatic) - Lab work is required for this position
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
Maintain accurate documentation of validation activities and results.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
15+ years of proven experience in electrical validation.
Ability to analyze analog circuits and analog issues.
Familiarity with I/O protocol and electrical compliance and validation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English.
