Software QA Engineer, Networking

We are looking for a Software QA Engineer to join our Networking team. This position will be part of the QA team with the main goal is to testing the Network virtualization for DPU and ConnectX, which enables NVIDIA products to meet the industry-leading benchmarks of efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will engage in the testing of SW industry-leading features, be able to learn new features, and develop and execute manual and automated tests.
What you'll be doing:
Review the architecture design and requirements for new features introduced by virtualization R&D and the software team
Design, develop, and implement tests for the new features, as part of software GA releases or update releases
Report bugs found during execution, assist with reproduction and debugging to understand the root cause, verify bug fixes provided by the R&D team, and raise if not fixed
Implement tests in different scopes: regression, performance, functional, and security, and report the progress of testing and provide summary reports of testing activity
Write automation code to increase efficiency, flexibility, and scalability in Python
What we need to see:
Practical / BA / BSc in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
Knowledge of Networking and system administration experience
Hands-on experience with Linux
Independent, responsible worker, able to plan and complete
Great teammate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Prior experience as a Software QA Engineer
Professional knowledge in virtualization environments
Experience in Networking test design and automation
Proven programming experience in Python
Experience working with SoC
