What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as a key gatekeeper for engineering changes, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with methodology before release to production.

  • Review and validate Engineering Change Orders, ensuring alignment with configuration and release standards

  • Ensuring accuracy Bill of Materials (BOM) and product configurations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Engineering, Program Managers, and Operations to ensure smooth and timely change implementation

  • Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to change control methodologies

What we need to see:

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

  • 2+ years’ experience with product BOM (Bill of Material) and Change Control management, Product Configuration

  • Hardworking great teammate, with initiative skills; Independent and capable of leading tasks from start to end

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Capable of multi-tasking and performing well under high-pressure and dynamic situations.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Sharp thinking and good decision-making skills

  • Microsoft Office tools - Excellent control in Word, Excel and PowerPoint tools

  • Languages: English - Strong writing, reading and verbal skills

Ways to stand out from a crowd:

  • Technical understanding & knowledge (Electronics/Mechanical)

  • PDM tool - Agile PLM / Windchill system
