We are seeking an experienced Boards and Systems Manufacturing Leader to ensure a robust alignment between Global Engineering teams in US/Asia and regional execution teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
Act as the single point of accountability for Taiwan in cross-functional work with Engineering, Contract Manufacturers, and Supplier teams for NV Products. Provide clear and proactive updates on factory readiness, critical metrics, and execution risks. Translate on-the-ground developments into strategic recommendations.
Lead NPI Ramp & NPI to MP Transition. Bridge time zones and functions to support seamless transitions and optimize operational efficiency. Ensure ramp plans are fully executed per plans and build results summarized. Drive manufacturing execution and technical closure across ramp and sustaining builds. Lead early issue detection and cross-regional technical coordination and debug forums with Engineering and Operations teams for factory issues.
Implement Standardization & KPI Implementation. Set global standards and critical metrics across all regional sites to eliminate process variation and ensure thorough tracking of factory metrics and alignment with global product performance targets.
Triage issue escalation and drive crisis response and resolution for quality, material, or capacity disruptions. Drive cross-functional response teams for problem-solving across supplier and internal teams. Provide real-time updates to executive teams on resolution status and recovery plans.
Establish performance reporting & continuous improvement via dashboards, and critical issue triggers as needed. Track product health across build stages and act on operational trends.
Provide regional engineering leadership. Mentor and develop regional engineering leaders and functional owners to scale technical depth and create a pipeline of high-performing operations talent with domain knowledge in product builds. Cultivate a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration.
Build strong working relationships with in-region Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leaders and ensure focused alignment between regional execution and HQ product goals. Forge collaborative relationships with global engineering leadership to ensure early alignment on design for manufacturability and technical readiness; Surface systemic issues early through structured collaboration across teams.
What We Need To See:
Expertise and proven track record of working with Contract Manufacturers and taking products from development into high volume manufacturing.
Extensive understanding of boards/systems manufacturing equipment, process control, data analysis, reliability and yield and/or supply chain.
Demonstrated technical management experience of global engineering teams.
Degree: BS/MS in Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, or Computer engineering.
Extensive Experience: 15+ overall years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain, with a minimum of 7 years in senior management.
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.
