We are now looking for a Treasury Operations Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be based in Durham - North Caroline and will work closely in alignment with the headquarters in Santa Clara, CA in order to support Global Payment Processing efforts.

What you’ll be doing:

This position will report to the Treasury Operations Manager in North Carolina. This position will initiate all transaction in accordance with treasury’s existing procedures and assist the manager in handling error resolution and communication throughout finance.

  • Update Standard Operating Procedures on a regular basis and get sign offs from HQ

  • Initiate all manual payments and file uploads

  • Confirm at end of day that all payments that have been initiated have been processed successfully

  • Maintain necessary metrics to show the volumes handled, errors and resolutions.

  • Work with HQ and IT team to automate above manual processes and lead the testing process

What we need to see:

  • 3+ years of experience in treasury operations at a multinational corporation or global bank

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Background with processing international payments

  • Prior experience collaborating with finance functions and bank partners

  • Prior experience with Bank files and different forms of payments

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Great communication and ability to immediately call out payment issues

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Detail oriented as well as an eye towards automation

  • Familiarity with Bank Portals and initiation of payments

  • Follow through to make sure payments are successful

  • Ability to prioritize payments based off the world clock

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 76,000 USD - 126,500 USD.
