NVIDIA is building the future of real-time graphics and cloud-native experiences through GeForce NOW (GFN) and Graphics Delivery Network (GDN). As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) on this team, you will lead highly cross-functional and technically complex programs. You’ll manage infrastructure, GPU-based streaming, partner integrations, operational readiness, and low-latency, high-fidelity delivery of gaming and interactive applications globally.

You will partner with engineering, product, operations, security, and external ecosystem partners to deliver reliable, globally distributed cloud services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly technical environments, excels at execution rigor, and is motivated by building and scaling world-class cloud services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the full lifecycle of large-scale, multi-phase technical programs for both GFN and GDN – from ideation through requirements, design, launch, and iteration.

  • Work closely with Engineering (infrastructure, backend, client), Product, Data Center Operations, SRE, Capacity Planning, QA, and Partner teams (games publishers and app developers).

  • Define clear, actionable technical requirements that align with product goals.

  • Establish and maintain SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, incident response plans, and operational playbooks for a 24/7 global service.

  • Identify technical and program-level risks (capacity, latency, partner dependencies), propose mitigations, and drive decision-making with stakeholders.

  • Liaise with game publishers, app creators, and external engineering teams; help integrate their build pipelines into NVIDIA’s streaming infrastructure.

  • Plan and execute launches (new features, new regions, capacity expansions) with cross-team alignment; lead launch readiness reviews.

  • Drive process improvements across product delivery, streaming performance, operational efficiency, and partner workflows.

  • Communicate program health, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions to senior leadership with clarity and data-backed insights.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Engineering Management, similar technical leadership roles, or equivalent areas—ideally in cloud, infrastructure, streaming, or graphics.

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, real-time streaming services, and engineering.

  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-team programs with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience with cloud-native systems (microservices, Kubernetes, observability stacks, CI/CD, API-driven services).

  • Ability to translate product direction into actionable technical plans with well-defined requirements.

  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence engineering, product, and business partners.

  • Experience with operational frameworks such as SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, incident response, NPI readiness, high-level availability, and service reliability.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with game streaming (GFN) or graphics delivery networks (GDN) is highly desirable.

  • Comfortable working within Agile or other program management frameworks; experience writing SRDs, PRDs, RFCs, operational plans, etc.

Ways to Stand Out From the Crowd:

  • Experience in cloud gaming, real-time media streaming, or consumer-scale cloud services.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML deployment pipelines, inference optimization, or GPU-based compute stacks.

  • Deep background in data center operations, edge compute, capacity planning, or multi-region service scaling.

  • Security and compliance program experience (SOC2, ISO 27001, cloud governance, GDPR).

  • Experience managing global partner integrations with ISVs, OEMs, CSPs, or game publishers.
