Your contributions will significantly improve our operational scalability and help craft the future-state strategy for NVIDIA's software and services ecosystems. This role involves close collaboration with NPI Subject Matter Experts, Application Engineering, IT, Sales Analysts, Enterprise Support, Customer Success, and other functional teams. Together, you will advance the entitlement landscape, promote automation, and integrate AI-powered capabilities to enhance accuracy, speed, and the overall customer experience. What you'll be doing:
Responsible for running the business which includes order fulfillment, entitlement management. Ensure entitlement data accuracy and uniformity across all relevant systems. Conduct detailed root cause analyses and present insights to management to guide accurate decision-making.
Develop, automate, and maintain business requirements, process documentation, and operational benchmark metrics.
Support new product launches. Assist cross functional projects and program manager on initiatives driven by team.
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track entitlement accuracy across all relevant systems and operational performance/quality.
Evaluate current state process, systems and recommend improvements aligned with business growth.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and compliance risks, proposing data-driven solutions.
Incorporate AI/ML tools into order to cash, entitlement management process, entitlement validation, provisioning, anomaly detection, and quarterly metrics. Evaluate tools and internal resources to speed up automation through AI features and lessen manual work with improved efficiency.
Support change management training and communication for new process and systems improvements.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree or specialized training in Business Operations for software and appliance service businesses (or equivalent experience). Finance or Business IT background is a plus.
5+ yrs overall experience with 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or related fields; SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience with AI/ML concepts and working with AI-enabled operational tools. Knowledge of automation platforms (RPA, workflow engines).
Strong analytical skills and ability to do in-depth research for management summaries. Ability to analyze large, complex datasets for important metrics to drive improvement, automation (Tableau, Excel macro, AI).
