As a Pricing Analyst in our world-class WWFO Pricing team, you'll work closely with Customer Service, Sales Analysts, and Business Operations partners to ensure our system pricing setup is accurate. What you'll be doing:
Collecting price lists from Business Units and Sales teams, then updating and maintaining them in the system to ensure orders are priced accurately.
Resolving daily pricing issues in sales orders promptly and effectively.
Accomplishing time-sensitive price changes and customer master data updates with speed and accuracy.
Collaborating with cross-functional collaborators to streamline pricing communication processes.
Analyzing pricing hold reasons, durations, root causes, and trends; developing and implementing solutions to minimize hold times.
Supporting the development and improvement of SAP and other pricing tools and utilities. Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across business units to validate requirements and policy alignment.
What we need to see:
Over 2 years of applicable experience in the semiconductor industry (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong experience with spreadsheets and handling large datasets; proficiency in data analysis, data management, and reporting.
Ability to translate both business and technical requirements into effective pricing solutions.
Demonstrated eagerness and ability to learn quickly in a new environment.
Strong critical thinking, organizational, analytical, and written/oral communication skills.
Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multi-functional teams.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel and SAP.
Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Hands-on experience with SAP (especially in pricing modules).
Background in pricing, product management, or business operations.
Tactical pricing expertise in a high-tech or semiconductor environment.
Experience with partner initiatives, pricing structures, and quoting procedures in the semiconductor field.
Self-motivated with high emotional intelligence (EQ), a passion for growth, and a dedication to continuous learning.
