This role is part of the Merchant Growth team, leading programs that improve merchant activation, retention, and overall growth. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Identity teams to deliver initiatives that directly impact TPV. Beyond execution, you’ll partner with teams building AI and data-driven capabilities, helping bring these solutions into production in a scalable and compliant way. This role requires someone who can connect technical work to business outcomes, navigate complexity, and drive alignment across a highly cross-functional environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers.
  • Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and procurement activities.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Manage program budgets and financials.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of managing complex programs within an engineering environment.
  • Experience owning large, complex programs with visibility to senior leadership

  • Experience leading cross-functional programs across product and engineering teams

  • Ability to manage complex dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple workstreams

  • Experience delivering data-driven or AI/ML-enabled product initiatives (e.g., automation, personalization, or decisioning systems)

  • Strong understanding of Agile development practices (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)

  • Experience working with platform teams such as Risk, Compliance, Identity, or Payments

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business impact and influence stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior leadership

  • Background in payments, fintech, or large-scale platform ecosystems preferred
