As part of PayPal’s Europe Revenue Operations team, we’re seeking a curious, data-driven problem solver to turn insights into actions that drive commercial performance. This role sits at the heart of the revenue engine, partnering with Sales, Account Management, and leadership to improve pipeline visibility, optimise processes, and enable faster, smarter decisions. Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Mentor junior analysts and guide their professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Your day-to-day
Insights & Performance
• Analyze sales and customer data to uncover insights on performance, win/loss trends, and revenue drivers
• Apply structured problem-solving and critical thinking to identify root causes and recommend actions
• Define and track key metrics (pipeline velocity, quota attainment, conversion rates)
• Build and maintain dashboards to enable real-time visibility and decision-making


Forecasting & Pipeline Management
• Partner with sales leadership to run pipeline reviews and forecasting discussions
• Use data and judgment to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and improve forecast accuracy
• Own pipeline quality end-to-end—ensuring strong visibility, hygiene, and data integrity in Salesforce to enable reliable forecasting and decision-making


Process, Tools & Program Management
• Own and drive initiatives to improve sales processes and workflows, from identifying problems to delivering solutions
• Lead cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment and effective execution across teams
• Identify opportunities to simplify and scale how the commercial organisation operates
• Drive adoption of tools, processes, and best practices to improve sales efficiency and consistency


Annual Planning
• Support and help operationalise the annual planning process, including market segmentation, territory design, and quota setting
• Use data and business context to ensure equitable coverage, realistic targets, and alignment with growth strategy


What you need to bring
Core Experience
• 3–5+ years in Consulting, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or analytical roles within commercial environments
• Experience supporting sales or account management teams with data and insights
• Strong exposure to pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking

Analytical & Business Skills
• Strong problem-solving ability - you bring clarity to complex and ambiguous situations
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive better decisions
• Experience defining and tracking key metrics (pipeline velocity, win rates, quota attainment)
• Ability to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities

Communication & Ways of Working
• Strong storytelling skills—able to translate data into clear business insights
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
• Experience owning or contributing to cross-functional programs or initiatives
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with a “see it, solve it” approach
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills
• Advanced Excel skills (modelling, analysis, reporting)
• Strong SQL capability for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (pipeline management, reporting, data quality)
