Job Summary:

The Analyst, Office of the CEO is a foundational role within a high-visibility function, offering direct exposure to executive-level operations and strategic priorities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Office of the CEO, this person is responsible for the day-to-day execution that keeps the CEO Office running with precision — from research and briefing materials to action tracking and calendar support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and energized by working behind the scenes to enable senior leadership effectiveness.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of operational processes.
  • Work with team members to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Propose improvements within their team and related peer teams.
  • Exercise judgment on significant business issues.
  • Assist in resource allocation and program execution.
  • Provide continuous feedback to inform business processes and decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Market Engagement Support

  • Conduct research on customers, industries, and market dynamics to prepare comprehensive briefing materials ahead of CEO meetings and market visits.

  • Draft structured pre-briefs and post-visit summaries with clear action items and key takeaways.

  • Track CEO meeting follow-ups, capture insights, and ensure commitments are documented and routed to the appropriate owners.

Executive Materials & Quality Assurance

  • Build slides, charts, and visuals for senior leadership forums, roundtables, and other executive engagements.

  • Conduct quality checks on all materials and deliverables, including presentations, reports, and briefings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and executive readiness.

  • Coordinate legal review of materials where required, ensuring approvals are secured ahead of deadlines.

Initiative Tracking & Stakeholder Follow-Through

  • Maintain action trackers on a daily basis, ensuring all commitments and deliverables are captured and up to date.

  • Monitor the status of ongoing initiatives, proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure progress and accountability.

Calendar & Logistics Support

  • Support maintenance of the CEO's calendar architecture, including internal and external engagements, travel, and key milestones.

  • Help ensure scheduling hygiene, pre-read distribution, and logistical readiness across all CEO touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, executive support, or a related analytical role.

  • Strong research and synthesis skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, executive-ready materials.

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (or equivalent) and Excel; comfort building polished visuals and data-driven presentations.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Strong written communication skills and a high bar for quality.

  • Proactive mindset with a bias toward follow-through and accountability.

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information and engaging with senior stakeholders.

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

San Jose, California | ($71,500.00 - $102,300.00 Annually)

Additional Location(s) | Pay Range:

Chicago, Illinois | ($65,000.00 - $92,950.00 Annually)
Austin, Texas | ($65,000.00 - $92,950.00 Annually)
Scottsdale, Arizona | ($62,000.00 - $88,550.00 Annually)
Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
