About the role / Segment
We're seeking passionate engineers. If you love creative problem-solving in whole chain of marine CAD solution, including specification, coding, validation, documentation, testing, maintenance and technical support, and have strong communication skills, we want you! This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work on world-class, complex software projects in marine field and in an exciting and varied enterprise environment for international marine industry-leading customers. Design, develop, modify, and implement software programming for products (both internal and external) with focus on surpassing customers expectations by achieving high quality and on time delivery. Responsible for ensuring the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanism. Ability to understand complex products, solutions, and problems. Creates, documents, and executes software designs which may involve complicated workflows or multiple product areas. Technical project lead. Works with general supervision on complex projects with latitude for independent judgment. Moderate skills with high level of proficiency and technical expertise.
Require 3 -5 bullet points
Experience of C++ , C#, Python.
Knowledge of shipbuilding and marine terminology.
Enough proficiency in English language.
Enjoy creative problem-solving and possess a passion for writing code and customer interaction.
Clear visual thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desire to collaborate in a friendly team environment.
Area of responsibility
This is a software development position focusing on the design, implementation, documentation and testing of code in a variety of languages (C++, C#, Python) within a modern environment. Learn and contribute in a variety of areas of the marine software development and deployment processes, with emphasis on a number of achievable projects to both encourage your development and deliver something useful.
