负责结构工程，包括结构钢、混凝土、砖石和木材建筑、结构以及其他单个设施或景点、区域开发元素、土地或主题乐园项目的其他项的设计、分析、计算和规范。
核心职能与职责：
- 在极少监督的情况下，独立承担中等复杂度较大项目的结构工程设计、分析、计算和规范制定工作。
- 拥有混凝土、钢结构和木结构领域的结构工程设计经验。
- 组织并制定不同复杂度项目的项目设计标准和工程工作计划。
- 监控工作进展，确保技术质量、跨学科协调和生产要求得到满足。
- 监控项目设计进度、预算和挣值情况。
- 熟悉并能够编辑华特迪士尼幻想工程主规范的结构部分。
- 主动征求同行对工作成果的审查。
- 在需要时，负责获取建筑部门的批准。
- 回答建设投标期间的问题，并回应和解决现场问题和疑问。
- 可能承担记录工程师的责任。
- 为内部工程师和设计师以及外部顾问提供技术指导，以生产施工合同文件。
- 可能领导一个小型结构工程师和设计师团队，为中等复杂度的多个景点的施工文件生产提供支持，贯穿设计的所有阶段。
- 为内部工程师和设计外包的顾问提供技术指导。
- 开发或协助开发工作范围和结构工程软成本设计估算。
- 独立工作，接受最少的监督，且能够在高度协作的多学科项目团队环境中高效工作。
- 提供施工支持，审查加工图纸和技术提交，回答承包商关于技术问题的询问。
- 进行现场检查并召开会议以解决现场问题。
基本教育与资质：
- 毕业于经认可的工程学院，获得工程学士学位。
- 拥有结构工程专业执照。
- 在结构工程领域拥有7年或以上的工作经验。
- 至少有2年管理结构工程师和设计师团队的经验，负责施工合同文件的生产。
- 包括提交、加工图纸审查流程和现场检查的施工阶段经验。
- 在土木或结构工程领域拥有专业注册。
- 掌握结构工程知识，包括当前技术和规范。
- 熟悉使用3D CAD、Revit和结构工程设计的分析软件。
- 普通话和英语书面及口头沟通能力强，且具备良好的人际交往能力。

Job Description:
Responsible for structural engineering including design, analysis, calculations and specifications for structural steel, concrete, masonry and timber buildings, structures and other miscellaneous items of an individual facility/attraction, area development element, land, or theme park project.
Core Function & Responsibilities
- With minimal supervision, responsible for structural engineering design, analyses, calculations and specifications for larger projects of medium complexity.
- Structural engineering design experience in the areas of concrete, steel, and wood structures.
- Organize and develop project design criteria and engineering work plans for projects of varying complexity.
- Monitor work progress and ensure that technical quality, interdisciplinary coordination and production requirements are met.
- Monitor performance against the project design schedule, budget and earned value.
- Become completely familiar with and be able to edit structural sections of Walt Disney Imagineering master specifications.
- Solicit peer reviews of work product.
- Take responsibility for obtaining building department approvals when required.
- Answer construction bid period questions and respond to and resolve field issues and questions.
- May have Engineer of Record responsibility.
- Provide technical direction to in-house engineers and designers, and to outside consultants in the production of construction contract documents.
- May lead a small team of structural engineers and designers in the production of construction documents for multiple attractions of medium complexity through all phases of design.
- Provide technical direction to in-house engineers and consultants whom design is outsourced.
- Develop or assist in developing scopes of work and structural engineering soft cost design estimates.
- Work independently with minimum supervision, and be able to thrive in a highly collaborative, multi-discipline project team environment.
- Provide construction support, review shop drawings and technical submittal, answer to contractor’s queries on technical matters.
- Perform site inspections and conduct meetings to resolve site issues.
Basic Education & Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of engineering, with a Bachelor of engineering degree.
- Professional License in Structure Engineering.
- 7 or more years of work experience in structural engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years managing a team of structural engineers and designers in the production of contract documents for construction.
- Construction phase experience including the submittal/shop drawing review process and on-site field inspections.
- Professional registration in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Working knowledge of structural engineering including current technologies and codes.
- Knowledge of the use of 3D CAD, Revit and analytical software for structural engineering design.
- Strong written and oral communication skill in Putonghua and English, along with good interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active affiliation with professional engineering societies is desired.
Required Education:
- Graduate of an accredited engineering school with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Desired Education:
- An advanced degree in the structural engineering field is preferred.
