How you will contribute to our magical experience?
As part of our Finance, you will play a key role in ensuring that local content partnerships operate in full compliance with Ancine requirements and contractual agreements. Your main responsibilities will include:
Analyzing and interpreting local production contracts to understand the participation of all involved parties;
Preparing, organizing, and coordinating the submission of detailed performance reports to production partners and Ancine, always respecting contractual deadlines;
Managing the payment process to Ancine and any other public partners, ensuring accuracy and timely execution;
Collaborating with Legal and Finance teams to support audits, separate necessary documentation, and review calculations requested by Ancine;
Aligning with the U.S. regional team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and payments managed from abroad;
Clarifying partners’ questions about participation statements and contractual conditions;
Following up closely on Ancine’s increasingly strict due diligence requirements and audits;
Operating with high attention to detail and a proactive mindset in a highly operational, documentation-heavy environment.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
Prior experience analyzing contracts and understanding revenue-sharing models;
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage complex reports and documents;
Strong written communication skills and the ability to interface with internal stakeholders (Legal, Local Productions, U.S. teams) and external partners (production companies, law firms, and Ancine);
Knowledge of production costs and financial processes in content production;
Intermediate English (primarily for email communication with U.S. teams);
Availability for a 9-month contract
