How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a professional to support the International Labor Standards (ILS) program based in Mexico and reporting to the ILS Manager LTAM, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The selected candidate will provide operational and administrative support to ensure alignment with Disney’s commitment to responsible ILS Program across Disney's Licensees & Suppliers.

  • Supporting the ILS Sr. Analyst based in Mexico with the ongoing engagement and training of internal business units, licensees, suppliers, and other stakeholders for the Spanish-speaking markets;

  • Responding to inquiries related to ILS audits, policies, and requirements;

  • Supporting our Licensees & Suppliers to maintain accurate data in the system (including licensee, factory, audit, and relationship records);

  • Ensure alignment of business practices and operations with ILS global objectives;

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • At least 1 year of experience in CSR/Sustainability/Ethical Sourcing/Social Compliance Programs in other sectors (retailers, textile, toys, etc.).

  • Degree in Administration, Law, comunications or related fields.

  • Advanced level of English. Portuguese is a plus.

  • Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office tools. Power BI is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to refine stakeholder requests into actionable outputs.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
