The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Trading & Planning Analyst to join the Disney+ team in Spain & Portugal. This role is key to supporting commercial performance analysis and strategic decision-making for our streaming service across both markets.
Your Mission
As Trading & Planning Analyst, you will:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including sign-ups, churn, engagement, content performance, and subscriber growth.
Deliver clear insights and presentations comparing actual performance to forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify business opportunities and support internal decision-making.
Collaborate daily with local Disney+ teams and EMEA trading and analytics teams.
Act as the main point of contact for trading-related queries in Spain & Portugal, ensuring alignment with EMEA best practices.|
What We’re Looking For
Strong analytical skills and high numeracy, with experience handling large datasets.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Business acumen and understanding of consumer behavior.
Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering compelling insights to various stakeholders.
Confident, autonomous, and adaptable communicator across different audiences.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Your Background
Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, digital media, marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
Proficiency in SQL, databases, and automation tools (dashboards, custom reports).
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
