How will you contribute to our magical experience?:
We are looking for a Mid-level Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, with a focus on performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic decision-making. This professional will play a key role in collaborating with internal teams and will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of financial and planning processes.
The Analyst, Finance Consumer Products will be responsible for:
- Develop, review, and monitor the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-term planning.
- Analyze actual vs. budget variances (P&L, operational and financial KPIs), identifying risks and opportunities;
- Generate management reports and financial dashboards, providing insights to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain financial models, simulating scenarios to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Prepare and present management reports and analyses to executive leadership and business partners.
- Act as a business partner, supporting business units by consolidating and analyzing financial information.
- Support the accounting and managerial close process, explaining variances and consolidating financial data for reporting.
- Automate and enhance reports and processes using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other BI platforms.
- Actively participate in digital transformation projects, system integrations, and financial process improvements.
- Conduct profitability analyses by product, channel, customer, or project.
- Monitor financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure governance and accuracy of financial data, contributing to a data-driven culture.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 2-3 years of experience in similar roles
- Advanced level of English. Intermediate level of Spanish (is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, P&L analysis, variance analysis, and economic indicators.
- Advanced level of Excel skills.
- Knowledge in data visualization and analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills, clear communication, proactivity, and strategic thinking.
- Flexibility and resilience to work in dynamic environments with shifting priorities or tight deadlines.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various departments (Sales, Accounting, Marketing, Trade, Creative, etc.).
