We are looking for a Product Design Intern to join our Enterprise Design team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across the organization to create innovative and intuitive tooling solutions that support and streamline our internal operations.

What You Will Do:
Our mission in Enterprise Design is to develop and design platform solutions, tools, dashboards, and processes that drive efficiency, optimization, and new value across streaming, content operations, media and broadcast, and business intelligence products. You will:
- Design web experiences for tools and applications used by Disney employees to work more effectively and achieve their goals
- Contribute to product strategy by leveraging user research, data, and insights, understanding business needs, and innovating within technical constraints
- Explore and validate solutions at various fidelity levels (sketches, wireframes, and prototypes)
- Use data to guide your design decisions
- Communicate your ideas effectively and partner closely with cross functional partners and stakeholders to execute on design solutions

- A working knowledge of user-centered design processes and best practices and have a data-driven mindset

- Have a growth mindset and display an aptitude for learning new technologies and design skills
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Examples of case studies demonstrating your user centered design process, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Education:
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Product Design, UX Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Visual Communications, Interaction Design, or a related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
- Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
- Fully available from M-F, 40 hours each week for the entire program duration: May/June - August/September 2026 (12 weeks)
- Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
