How will you contribute to our magical experience?
This role will be vital in supporting our planning and forecasting efforts by helping to prepare forecasts, budgets, and 5-year strategic plans, especially for non-Sports. Responsibilities include analyzing forecasts, comparing them to budgets, and providing overall business reports.

Moreover, it involves conducting Ad Hoc analyses as requested by senior management. Furthermore, the person in this role will work closely with different teams to gather data, conduct analysis, and present findings to senior management. This collaborative approach ensures that insights are effectively communicated and used to inform strategic decisions throughout the organization.

The Sr. Analyst, Finance will be responsible for:

  • Prepare and support forecast, annual operating plan, and five-year plan financial submissions for non-Sports.
  • Analyze actual P&L variances against forecast, plan, and prior year for external reporting purposes.
  • Consult with the Accounting team during quarterly financial close
  • Communicate regularly with budget owners to ensure plans reflect most current strategies and information
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required to support the financial needs of the business
  • Collaborate with the preparation of presentations for Senior Management

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Excel (Advanced), Sap Basic, Microsoft Access and Power BI are preferred
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships and interact with executives.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Intermediate – Advanced level of English
