Join Our Team as a Head, Technical Account Management (TAM), APAC

  • As a senior leader within the APAC Partnerships and Operations organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Disney+ scales through strategic partnerships across the region.
  • You will lead our Technical Account Management organization, diving deep into partner product requirements, platform capabilities, and operational models. You will own regional technology roadmap discussions, complex product integrations, and business enablement with our largest content and distribution partners.
  • This role operates at the intersection of technology, product, and commercial strategy, ensuring our partnerships consistently deliver best-in-class member experiences and strong business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
Lead the Charge: Lead payment, billing, device, and platform integrations with partners across APAC to drive subscriber acquisition, monetization, and best-in-class member experiences within agreed timelines.

Build and Lead the Function: Establish, scale, and lead the APAC Technical Account Management organization, including talent development, operating models, and performance management.

Collaborate and Innovate: Lead end-to-end project implementations internally and externally to ensure seamless technical integration, swift resolution of challenges, strong partner relationships, and ongoing co-innovation.

Create Business Impact: Enable and scale partner bundle offers, billing integrations, and subscription propositions that make Disney+ easy to access and pay for through partner ecosystems.

Secure Best-in-Class Disney+ Experience: Negotiate, implement, and continuously optimize highly visible Disney+ discovery placements and seamless purchase journeys across partner devices and digital canvases, making Disney+ the preferred entertainment destination.

Execute with Precision: Drive regional technology execution, including API and platform integrations, through close collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Platform teams.

Fuel Regional Growth: Contribute to APAC partnership growth strategy by testing, learning, and evolving product and technology execution. Apply deep understanding of local market dynamics to lead cross-functional initiatives and overcome operational barriers.

Drive Governance and Standards: Define and implement regional integration frameworks, certification processes, and partner governance models to ensure consistent quality and scalability.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience building strategic relationships and managing complex partner and platform programs at leading technology, telecom, media, or digital platform companies.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-market technical and operational initiatives end-to-end.
  • Proven experience leading multi-country, distributed teams and developing senior leaders in matrixed organizations.
  • Proficient in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Additional APAC languages preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-stakes negotiations that create significant long-term value.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Legal, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance across global organizations.
  • Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at executive and board-adjacent levels.
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing: (a) User acquisition and purchase journeys through consumer insights and experimentation (b) User experiences across Smart TV, mobile, and connected devices to ensure intuitive Disney+ discovery
  • Deep technical knowledge of partner billing, authentication, device, and API integrations, with a strong willingness to continuously expand expertise.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to performance management and decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel across APAC and globally as required.
