Job Description:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance sourcing reports, databases, and analytics to support spend analysis and management reporting.

• Improve report quality, data accuracy, and efficiency through system and process enhancements.

• Prepare analytical reports and presentation materials for management.

• Provide procurement process, policy, and system support to internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Support scheduled and ad‑hoc procurement audits.

• Manage minor sourcing projects under supervision.

• Support the sourcing team on general administration support and ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Supply Chain, or a related business discipline; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in data analysis and report preparation within multinational or sizable organizations.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; experience with Access, AI tools, SAP Coupa, or other ERP systems is a plus.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders and vendors.

• Fluent in English and Chinese.
